IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Payment may be taken care of by paying on line or the customer may give payment to delivery crew upon arrival. Every customer must submit a credit card on file for product insurance purposes.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
If the customer chooses to cancel, be sure to do so 3 days prior to delivery date. Failure to do so will be charged the full balance. Contact us for further details on the cancellation policy.

Yes, our fee ranges upon the city of delivery. Please call for exact delivery fee.
DO MY ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED CLEAN?
Items do not need to be returned cleaned, but all dinnerware items must be rinsed.
Jumper cancellations due to weather conditions will be refunded 100% if done before your delivery has arrived at its destination. No refunds will be made AFTER jumper is delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Charges will be applied additionally for extra labor and services, i.e. setup, difficult access areas, deliveries involving stairs, long distances, linen has wax or any holes.
